What is a PSYCH-K® Facilitator?

 

PSYCH-K Facilitator is the title given to a student who has attended at the very least, A PSYCH-K Basic Workshop. A Facilitator is a student who has demonstrated sufficient ability to accurately facilitate another person/s through the PSYCH-K change processes. In the world of PSYCH-K no Facilitator is responsible for any answer for the Partner he or she is working with. Each Partner (client) has their own inner wisdom. The PSYCH-K processes are designed to help draw out that inner wisdom. Thus, a PSYCH-K Facilitator can easily work with others after only having attended a weekend workshop. With added practice the Facilitator's abilities and skill level increase. Often a Facilitator becomes more intuitive as they work with their Partner/s. However, the Facilitator never has the right or the role (or responsibility) to impose upon the Partner their own personal knowledge and desired agenda, ever!
 

Who should become a PSYCH-K® Facilitator?

Everyone who learns how to do the PSYCH-K processes becomes a PSYCH-K Facilitator. Regardless if you use these processes only with yourself or you choose to assist others you will still be facilitating the work. Therefore, all students become Facilitators. The most important person you can facilitte the work with is yourself!

 

People who are interested in personal growth and/or becoming the best person they can be, are the people who find PSYCH-K® fascinating and beneficial. There is a burning inner desire for many people to achieve as much personal growth in life as possible. The more they uncover about themselves, the more they want to explore. The subconscious mind is full of mystery and hidden treasures. If you enjoy discovery and understanding "why you tick the way you do", you’ll find the PSYCH-K® tools a highly valuable asset.


For the layperson who is not involved in or operating a mental, physical, or spiritual related business you will find PSYCH-K® a magnificent discovery tool for your own personal growth. Many PSYCH-K® course graduates have no desire or plan to utilize the tools or information professionally, yet they gain immense insights into themselves and continue to use PSYCH-K® to deepen and broaden their human experience.


There are many PSYCH-K® students who have been homemakers and want to help their children lead better lives, spouses who want to help their significant other be more relaxed and peaceful, students who want to study more effectively, business managers who want to work more effectively with their teams at work. Then again many PSYCH-K® students are simply in pursuit of a higher quality of life and want to use the tools and processes to continually stretch and grow more as a person.

 

As stated above, the most important person to do the processes with are ourselves. As we change, others change in response to us! This fundamental truth is one of the greatest reasons why PSYCH-K affects so many people in a positive way. Gandhi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."


Professionals are pleased that PSYCH-K® Facilitator status is automatically conferred upon the student at the end of the course, provided the student is able to demonstrate proficiency with all PSYCH-K® processes within the training. Facilitator status allows the student to immediately begin employing the newly acquired tools. It’s not unusual for private practice counselors and healers to employ PSYCH-K® protocols at work the very next day. Many people in the helping and healing professions attend PSYCH-K® classes with the deliberate plan on using the PSYCH-K® tools and processes to directly benefit their client base. We have had graduates from nearly all professions take the course work. The variety of student occupations is quite intriguing.

PSYCH-K® has an entire program devoted to business development called PER-K™. PER-K stands for Performance, Energy, Results = Keys to Sustainable Success. Want to help generate a more positive business environment??? PER-K programs are available for corporate as well as entrepreneurial settings.

 

13 Continuing Education Units are available nationwide for Nurses who take the Basic PSYCH-K® Class.

"This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation."

 

Continuing Education Credits for some counselors are also available in certain states.
